Close~Converse has recently facilitated a relationship with Brainerd Public Utilities to represent them on any future growth opportunities in the area. Close~Converse recently closed on a transaction for Brainerd Public Utilities' acquisition of additional land. The acquisition aids in the expansion of the waster-water treatment facility for Brainerd and Baxter.
